well this counter is very speculative.

During normal days there can be little (a few lots trade) to even no trade at all.

The sharks are trying to build volume now by selling to each other.

if it falls back to such low levels average and slowly dispose on strength.

I was lucky enough to dispose all and make very little profit.

But little profit is better than making loss. haha..

Query Letter Contents
We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 22 April 2016, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) The Net Assets/Liabilities and Net Profits/Loss of ZMSB based on the latest audited financial statements;

2) The address or identification (lot, title number, relevant mukim etc) of the 300 plots of lands approved by Selangor State Authority for issuance to ZMSB;

3) The date of approval by the Selangor State Authority for the issuance of the Temporary Occupation Licences (“TOL”) as well as the expected date for the issuance of the TOL to ZMSB;

4) Whether the TOL is renewable beyond the initial term of 21 years. If yes, to state the duration of extension allowed;

5) Detailed background information of the “Pembinaan Menara Pintar” and “Projek Monopoles SWIFT” including the purpose and description of the project, identity of the parties involved, approvals required from authorities, estimated financial commitment required to undertake the projects and its source of funds;

6) Elaboration of the telecommunication towers business to be undertaken by ZMSB and the basis that it will contribute to the profitability of BTM Group;

7) The detailed basis to arrive at the purchase consideration of RM800,000;
