As at 2nd QR, net asset per share is 69 sen and now share price is below 50 sen, about 30% margin of safety. Worth to buy with safer position? Think again.

SpecialA, I wont deny any possibility to make a good assessment.
NTA is still a good benchmark to check the balance sheet is solid or not.

Steel Company with High NTA doesnt means the share price undervalue.
MYEG with very low NTA doesnt means the share price is over value.
I think valuation must based on few prospective.

新日光、昱晶、昇陽科傳合併

〔記者張慧雯／台北報導〕太陽能大聯盟終於成軍！昱晶能源（3514）、昇陽光電（3561）及新日光能源（3576）上週五公告因有重大訊息待公布，3家公司今（16）日暫停交易；下午1點半3家公司將於證交所召開記者會宣布細節。

據了解，3家一線電池廠攜手合作，期待能提高競爭力、面對國際間各種挑戰，更希望台廠不再只是廉價的代工廠，有自己的品牌、能跳脫太陽能紅海市場。

而三合一之後的人事案，傳出將由新日光董事長洪傳獻擔任董座，昱晶總經理潘文輝擔任總座，昇陽科願意「裸退」，是促成此合併案的重大推手；法人分析，3家公司雖然都以太陽能電池為主力，但近年來包括矽晶圓、模組與太陽能電站都有涉獵，且中國、泰國、越南等東南亞據點均有設廠，合併後產能有機會挑戰全球第二大，而打造「全球第二大」的太陽能公司，這也是太陽能業界與府院最樂見的。

法人也認為，過去太陽能產業一直在談併購、整合，但始終只聞樓梯響，歷時2-3年後終於出現「大聯盟」，且能打造出「全球第二大」產能的公司，相信未來整併風潮還會持續，對太陽能產業來說，也將開啟新的一頁。

【時報記者任珮云台北報導】昱晶 (3514) 、昇陽科 (3561) 和新日光 (3576) 等3家台灣太陽能廠於昨日宣布簽訂合併意向書，成立「聯合再生能源股份有限公司」，預計在2018年第三季完成合併案。早盤3家公司股價一開盤就都亮燈漲停。

TrendForce綠能研究（EnergyTrend）預估，合併後的電池片總產能將達到5GW，包括在台灣的3.5GW以及在泰國、越南、及中國共約1.5GW，一躍成為全台最大、全球第五的電池片製造商。若單論電池片對外供應能力，則是全球第二。

EnergyTrend分析師曹君如指出，3家企業所著重的客戶區域各有不同，在產品方面也各具特色。新日光集中於單晶，並積極轉向單晶PERC與HJT等高效產品；昱晶擁有昱成與同昱等具垂直整合戰略價值的子公司；昇陽光電是台灣最積極應用多晶PERC的業者。因此本次合併，3家業者在業務與產品端的截長補短將是最主要的優勢所在，除了減少重覆的管理或研發支出外，對資本的應用也更具效率和彈性，對設備和原料採購亦可獲得更好的議價能力。

三家業者目前的模組總產能約600MW，未來計畫提高至3GW以強化垂直整合。到目前為止，台廠預計未來要開出的新模組產能已經超過5GW，主打的都是本地與海外的高效市場。

曹君如認為，政府持續透過前瞻計畫、電業法、推動本次合併等面向積極支持太陽能產業，預期2018年電網建設與相關政策成熟後，台灣市場將逐漸轉熱。

Lets build the Trinity Triangle Tri-Tower which have triplet three identical tower like the twin tower of the black & white tower, where one side of the tower is white yet another side of the twin tower is the opposite colour which is black colour.. like ying & yang where balance of ups & down..good & bad in life where white symbol of bright up good good & black darkess down time need to push go back up like that
