（吉隆坡8日讯）Destini（Destini，7212，主板贸服股）献议全面收购4家公司，总指标献购价为4237万令吉。

Destini日前向马交所报备，该公司今日签署了4项暂定协议，以全面收购Techno Fiber澳洲私人有限公司、Techno Fiber中东海事服务、Techno Fiber国际私人有限公司和Techno Fiber（新加坡）私人有限公司。

上述4项收购的总献购价为4237万令吉，Destini将透过发行新股（发售价为每股30仙）予买家的方式，来融资这些交易。

Destini称：“我们目前将收购价称为指标献购价，因为此数据可能会更改，依与有关4家公司的精密审核结果而定。”

（吉隆坡22日讯）马交所发表文告宣布，Destini（Destini，7212，主板贸服股）正式脱离PN17行列。

文告显示，Destini已完成业务重整，已经没有抵触任何上市公司条例，正式宣告脱离PN17行列。

截至目前，共有23家公司为PN17公司，占马交所上市公司的2.52%。

Destini公布截至3月31日首季业绩，净利和营业额分别报241万1000令吉和1633万8000令吉，较上财年同期的143万6000令吉和838万令吉，大增67.9%和94.96%。

-Destini break resistant, UPTREND in on its way.
Destini is gov link company which always get Project from MINDEF , recently just get rm500 million( check google)
- Quaterly result coming out next week with a BIG JUMP in profit and revenue. ( I have a friend who working as admin in there)
