I'm not saying this stock will go down but merely explaining why the price go down quite heavily today. Few times already company announce PP, Esos and market reacted negatively for few days before the operator pushed the price up again. I believed once all this capital raising completed, the stock will rally. If you have holding power just hold..imho.
