u got 2 options..
1 pay later to get the free warrant
2 just sell the ICPS

Normally RI exercise will cause share to drop bit lower than usual but will rally up before final conversion date which require u to pay under option 2 to acquire the free warrant.. Price will stablise later beyond that...

This is the common pattern of RI.. for this stock however only time will tell.... whatever ur decision, observe the dates...

Apprentice... u sell the icps then no free warrant.. but your existing share is dilluting due to this RI exercise... to avoid dillution was to exit the moment before the last downtrend prior to RI... unless the co profit multifolds next QR....

2. Capital reduction needs shareholders approval.
Approval obtained in this case.
3. Court proceedings is a formality
