My statement is true when happen to meet up with Dato Ng, as show in the last quarter report, company start profit reported at RM700k, and noted that the yearly depreciation charge (non cash expenses) of RM500k. Company has no long term liability and the current liabilities is those term loan for current business premises and equipment HP.

I not ask him directly. But if only 0.50cents. Div,with the existing 10cents, 1000 unit can give you rm5. Equal to 5%.

Dato Ng hv own construction gimpai jaya who previously the main sub con for double taker railway between Banting to Ipoh. The company can help pa in secure more solar construction job and aluminum and also renewable energy sector. Recently gimpai also as one of major sub con for IJM in west coach express (WCE) project

If project pa maintain rm700k as whole quater which would record rm2.8mil profit plus rm5mil non cash expenses. It shd able to distribute 0.5cent div out of its existing 900m shares

I personally like PA as well.. I have been accumulating from the recent fall. And I like PA due to .. (1) Dato Ng's track record with Hirotako (which is now delisted) and (2) Aluminium price up.. and i probably agree with abcd.. that the biz is riding on more income from the construction sector.. let's see if this coming quarterly result is ok? ..

this stock already on its lowest point which in short rebound,i believe. the drop is due to low volume only. No worry at all,its quater report out very very soon.

abcd, i m now not so sure whether company will distributing div by next year liao. But base on the circular to shareholder few months ago there is possible of private placement which it seek approval in AGM. If coming 3rd quarter and 4 quarter still derive the positive result compare to last financier year of lost making in 3& 4th quarter, then i would said they are recovering.
