(Kuala Lumpur, 28th) (NGGB, 7241, Mainboard Industrial Product Service Group) and Japan Crown Packaging Co., Ltd. form an associate to manufacture and sell pulp molding made of fruit bunches and export packaging to Japan raw material.

The company issued a statement saying that according to the agreement, Crown Packaging will hold a 51% stake in the associate and the rest will be owned by the company.
