Vastalx 能源脱离PN17

（吉隆坡4日讯）配合重组计划与倒置收购，Vastalx能源（VASTALX，7251，主板贸服股）宣布脱离PN17公司的行列。

Vastalx能源早前被Barakah岸外石油有限公司（Barakah Offshore Petroleum Bhd）倒置收购。

随着公司财务与营运整合完毕，Vastalx能源不再是PN17公司。


而Barakah也将在本周三（11月6日），取代Vastalx能源的上市地位。

（吉隆坡14日讯）据传，巴拉卡（BARAKAH,7251,主板贸服组）大股东有意脱售手中大部份股权。

据了解，目前共有3家公司已表示有意收购该公司，但没有一家公司有具体进展。

世霸动力三林为潜在买家

世霸动力（SERBADK,5279,主板贸服组）以及本地三林集团（Samling Group）为3家潜在收购者之一，另外一家则是外国公司。

《The Edge》引述消息人士指出，持有该家公司40.1%股权的聂韩丹正在寻找适当买家，脱售手中部份股权。对比去年60仙价位，目前该公司股价企于17.5仙，他选择在这个时候脱售，显然不太划算。

假设聂韩丹为了避免触及全购门槛，决定售出30%股权和以10%的溢价出售，那么买家预计要出价5046万令吉。

周四巴拉卡再跌1仙或5.41%至17.5仙，总市值为1亿4462万令吉。
