Qr only lost 3mil, no worries. Business running, revenue coming in. Cash in hand can cover short term debt. With restraining order already secured, now Barakah can just focus in negotiating with debtors. I predict it will move by mid Dec before Agm, then fly after news on exiting PN17 out. Meanwhile can collect now. Wait till news out you will be chasing high already.

首相丹斯里慕尤丁对此协议表示欢迎，因为这解决了砂州的油气管理问题。

首相办公室今日发布文告表示：“这解决了油气管理问题，以及先前就在砂拉越实行石油产品销售税所达成的协议，将使砂拉越州政府能够扩大税收收入，用于各种发展计划，从而造福全民。”

这份协议是在砂拉越首席部长拿督巴丁宜阿邦佐哈里及财政部长东姑扎夫鲁的见证下签署。

首相办公室表示，该协议将使砂拉越政府子公司砂拉越石油公司（Petros）通过与国油合作，在油气行业发挥更大的作用。

此外，此举将为砂拉越的油气服务供应商提供更多机会，让它们涉足更多与油气行业相关的领域。

“同时，国油将继续发挥国家石油公司的作用，全权按照国家法律规范油气行业的整体发展。”

Barakah cant fly as PETRONAS suspended its license for 3 years effective July 8, 2019. No participation in Malaysia's project during that period.
