I traded this shr before, buying @ 45c in '13 & selling for 95c in '14 when it only had 40 mil issued shares. Today's price is still MORE THAN 5X that level 10 years ago! Very very expensive & now sindiket clearly in DESPERATE DUMPING mode...

Easier for operators to manage low price stocks with higher margin of profits
