Financially this company performs pretty well.

However a valuation of almost 20x PE is a bit rich for a company that is in the bedding products and furniture business.

For those invested in this, how much is the expected PAT for FY2018 and FY2019?

I don't see any analyst covering this company at the moment.

cimb is covering leesk and target price by coming Q is rm1.28. after good result, will further upgrade the target price to 1.3x~1.5x.

TQ uncle lim.

CIMB project FY19 PAT of RM11mil and RM14 mil in FY20.

That would translate to a forward PE of 15.7x in 2019 and 12.4x in 2020. Better in terms of valuation.

联昌国际(CIMB)的分析师指出，马来西亚企业普遍疲弱的2Q18业绩，冒出了不少值得一看的价值增长型股。本文将为大家报道其中3只。

1. 元宙集团(Oceancash Pacific)
CIMB 筛选元宙集团为其中一只价值增长型股，原因有三。首先集团拥有强劲的增长前景，其3年每股盈利以13.5%年复合增长率增长；其次是集团的业务属于防御型；还有就是市场(尤其是新兴国家)对其卫生和绝缘毯产品的需求不断增长。

尽管元宙集团的1H18表现平平无奇，CIMB预期它的2H18业绩将强力回弹。CIMB期待集团两个业务的产量将会增加。目前令吉疲弱令CIMB对集团在2H18表现较佳信心更大，因为集团60%的收入是以美元出口为主。

CIMB指出，元宙集团已为其绝缘毯和卫生产品部门制定好合适的增长计划。绝缘部门方面，集团计划在印尼生产更多较便宜的非树脂绝缘毯来降低售价。这将可以帮助填满印尼方面剩余的33%产能利用率。

至于卫生部门方面，集团计划在泰国设立一个仓库来应付在周边许多大规模的尿布厂房。

买入； 目标价0.76令吉；近期价位大约在0.53令吉

2. 兴业银行(RHB Bank)
CIMB指出，兴业银行是一只估值不苛求的增长型股。由于它的估值诱人及预期可从其正在进行的改革计划中受惠，因此，它是银行领域中的首选。

兴业银行目前正以不苛求的8.7倍FY19预期本益比及0.8倍股价与账面值比交易。CIMB也指出，兴业银行的改革计划开始带来成果。这个计划帮助兴业银行提高其营运效率及令其低成本存款增长。 CIMB预期这个改革计划可推动收费收入长期增长。CIMB指出，兴业银行如果在来临季度取得强劲的财务表现可推动其获得再评级。

买入；目标价为6.23令吉；近期价位大约在5.43令吉

3. 李水吉集团(Lee Swee Kiat Group)
李水吉集团是马来西亚最大规模的天然乳胶床垫生产商。集团目前的估值十分诱人，以消费领域的折扣交易。它是以13倍FY19预期本益比交易，相对消费领域的本益比为29.7倍。

尽管估值不苛求，但集团的盈利增长前景强劲。其FY18至FY10的盈利预期以33.5%年复合增长率增长，后者受到多个因素推动，包括乳胶海绵(半制成品)至2Q18末的产能提高50%；床垫销售增加及天然乳胶的价格偏低。

CIMB认为，集团拥有的820万令吉净现金可让其进行带来盈利的收购。集团收购5家Mattress Factory Outlet分店及“MFO”商标 的计划将会帮助其床垫业务继续增长及中期而言可提高其盈利。

买入；目标价1.28令吉；近期价位大约在1.00令吉

Research shown that its the most expensive furniture related stock by far with P/E 18.4x & P/B 3.2x. Better value with LIIHEN at P/E 9.0x & P/B 1.7x, one of the best performing furniture stock at half the price. Hopes the figure awakes u before too late.s
