Malaysia politicians bothered only money, with the expense of citizens life. Lynas is a very good example. There is no capable and honest bumi to carry out the duty of anti- pollution tasks ??? they trusted their own people and they are killing them passively. anyway this is hallal gas hahaha.

With all the negative comments over here, it's very hard to persuade retail investors to buy this stock.

All the banks and funds must be wondering why. Because there is a group of people in i3 to dissuade people from buying.

A faiŕ return from a profitable company is always a main attraction for retail investors. Nobody can be discouraged if profitable company can spared a little bit of dividends for those shareholders. But this counter shows nothing .Make thing worse, any good news came will follow by shares price going south. ask yourself why? ?

I think all property stocks are facing bad sales problem. Aggressive companies will use profit for advertisements and events rather than dividends. Ecoworld is a very aggressive company.

If property market is not good, stay away. Wait until the hot cakes come back or about to come back. Talking bad about the company every few hours will not change the entire property market.

If the property market is good and the company is not making money, this is only the time you go to AGM and hentam.

其实Fgv那招，是可以考虑的，"有工无禄"。表现糟糕的董事们，应该停薪一年，底薪福利那么丰厚，脑子那会为公司和股东们，让他们受点苦头吧！

永大就是很好的反面教材。凭着印象系列概念，股价最高1.60.之后剧院开幕，讲到天花乱坠，说娘惹秀大受歡迎，可贡献几亿收入。还有广场酒店，陆续有来，钱途一片光明。
怎知道，广场酒店停工，剧院出席率不到5%。股价一直狂泻至三毛钱，还搞私配36分。剧院九个月就亏了整千多万，什么利息政策，文化城都没人管了，大堆股东们网上天天骂。
这时，有几个年轻人跳出来说公司好，前景佳，收五年十年包赚。结果股价死水一潭，一个月后全部溜之大吉。
一天两场娘惹秀，一张票一百二十，一点变化也没有，找鬼来看！
方向错了，越久就越亏，无限的亏！

Tun M built religious schools. sent students to middle east to further their religious studies. in between he produced thousands of Imams to washed the brain of the kampong folks until they can't even hold a paint brush without seeing the halal labels. Dog and pigs to them are monsters. after 30 years I revisited my native kampong, the kampong folks' habitually changed a lot. they dont visit Chinese coffee shops and children don't mixed around with the neighbouring Chinese. New Year they never come and visit the other races. all are because of the word "Halal". we're going back ward instead of forward. Eco world had been doing stupid things to spend money in all the non effective advertisements. they should attract more bumi by building malay kampong style housings with trees and plenty of spaces around.
