其实股价涨跌，完全是掌握于大户们的意愿，而不是我们那几个车大炮的股民们。如果散户看好就会涨，唱衰就会跌，社会也没人做工了，不是吗？

要在贱世骗口饭吃，最重要的就是别跟他急。你急，老刘就打你了，好像我们天天赖在这里，说三道四，酸公司，买谈其他公司，手中贱世又不买又不卖，时间无限长，誰奈得我们何？只要公司不到，就算跌到几分，也无所谓，总有一天连本带暴利跟你讨回来。

HOC的确不能够增人们的收入，让阿猫阿狗都能买到家，但是它能唤醒一些有意愿，或一些明明可以买，却没有出手的人买家。1百万能省下大概2万多元的印花税，
70% hope program 10% rebate,5年0利息摊还真的是不怎么吸引，要嘛直接rebate30%，为什么这个ecoworld要出这招? 除了这招，ecoworld还是那么好赚，买ecoworld家的人真傻，有30%rebate的家不买，跑去和ecoworld借20%，ecoworld赚幅基本上没有什么影响，其他人却便宜卖了他们的商品
