要注意美国，图说可能一个调整即将来临。

最好笑的就是专家在说每年大马股12月会不好。他们不了解为什么不好，因为往年12月很多大户都会休息一个月去游玩世界。他们不会持股。今年那些大户还会去旅行？

Hahaha...这就对了，避兰东佬渐渐走对了人生路，不再成天集中卖那些百万排屋不切实际！！！今把时间，精力集中在那些30-40万组屋就对了，反正市场就是那种人比较多，虽然少利润，可也sikit sikit jadi bukit lo!!!kikiki...这是上市至今第一次认同邻居家避兰东佬终于开窍了！！！至于3/1的约会就取消算了吧，嫁过去海鲜家族，人家也当你始终是一条驴子，天天被操，倒不如自己一点点卖组屋給本地那些新鲜人来得实际，加上阿公已把你纳入穷人基金采购名单里，就股价慢慢爬，驴子上坡，别想那些马币$8.88,就马币0.80吧！

now is chance to buy in, 0.5 is super undervalue, cashflow concern improve when they capable to pay dividend. You all see the stupid UEM making losses still market cap can reach 2bil++. Why should ecoworld only mkt cap at 1bil++?

I know many angry because it keep dropping since IPO. all the money earn been used to buy land all these year, look at their 8,325.3 acres landbank. I believed with the latest set of result, ecoworld may reject UEM offer as they can do better even without merger.

8888, Ecow openly promised a dividend in 2020 last year. With pandemic, he has good excuse to cancel dividend. But he sold the company to UEM.
