Bursa is a sectorial play market. So whether it can reach RM1.20, 1.50, 2.00 or even 5.00 depends on whether the property sector is in favor with pundits This has never happened the past 10 years. However, personally I think RM1.00 is certainly possible though I believe Ecoworld deserves to be RM1.60 given its dynamism of management, execution of projects and track record.
