Read all about PP (Private Placements) for those interested. Any stock that embarked on such exercise will cause the stock value to fall.That happened even for good counters like Serba Dinamik,Luxchem and many others. Thus IF a poor performance company like AT,Ocean etc were to raise PP, time for the investors to exercise extra caution. @papaxs opines the counter Harbour Link is still in the consolidation mode.RSI trending below 50. Last week price weak. From the financials this counter is sound.
