When come to recovery play insas will be the best mah...!!

Its Nta is rm 2.83 per share loh!

Its intrinsic value when inclusive of inari mark to market gain exceed rm 5.00 per share mah...!!

Insas has a net cash exceeding Rm 0.90 per share woh!

When comes to earnings based on half year result insas profits is already rm 148m or eps 22.2 sen loh!

It is anticipated insas can hit eps of 40 sen per share giving pe of 2.1x mah!!

Thus insas is a stock which have both strong earnings of eps of 40 sen & back up with strong intrinsic share value of exceeding Rm 5.00 per share compare with the huge discounted share price of rm 0.875 per share loh!

Yes inari is a growth company in technology sector something like gloves company in health sector loh...!!

Insas is a wealth creation company holding rm 2 billion worth of inari share compare to insas mkt cap of only rm 603m mah...!!

Do u notice of INSAS huge margin of safety or not leh ??

So if u invest in insas, u have both huge margin of safety of insas & huge earnings growth thru inari mah...!!

Remember if u hold 1000 shares of insas is equivalent u hold 840 shares of inari mah!

Reference - DATAPREP takes over S5 holdings which is non listed company in bursa

Syed Hafiz with a 76.38% stake in S5 HOLDING.
S5 has been a winner in the NIIS project with IRIS.

MYEG with a 10% stake has been pushing for a rto of s5 holdings whereby ancom logistics buy over S5 and issue new shares in ancom logistics to shareholders of s5 holdings.
So far no news of this rto.


Syed hafiz being an i.t. man would never agreed to with merger with ancom logistic being a non i.t. company.


Because s5 holding have signed collaborative agreement with dataprep last october. Most likely s5 holdings abandoned ancom logistics and merge with dataprep instead to get listed.

When that happens dataprep will LU many times. Just waiting for news.

( Dataprep leads gainers as value tops RM1b) Dataprep’s share price rally began in mid-February after the company announced plans to acquire a 51% stake in RIDAA Associates Sdn Bhd, aimed at expanding the group’s multimedia and communication revenue stream.

The group, in its third-quarter ended June 30, 2020 (3Q20), stated that the acquisition will allow the group to pursue opportunities to build, instal, operate, maintain and manage telecommunication tower assets in Malaysia.

Its venture into the telecommunication towers project is aligned with the National Fiberisation and Connectivity Plan for the foundation of the country’s digital infrastructure transition to 5G technology.

In addition to its takeover plan, Dataprep’s share price has also been boosted by developments linked to Widad Business Group Sdn Bhd (WBG). WBG is owned by Tan Sri Muhammad Ikmal Opat Abdullah, who is also a substantial holder of Dataprep.

Muhammad Ikmal sold 11.11 million Dataprep shares on Feb 16 in an off-market deal before acquiring 200,000 shares via open market on March 1, which took his stake to 54.21%. He has also been actively trading his shares in Widad Group Bhd with the acquisition of some 366.96 million shares and disposal of 420.16 million shares.

Targeted valuation of dataprep is rm 5 billion minimum.
At current valuation of rm 1.93 billion and current share price 3.16.

Which makes the targeted price rm 7.5 per share minimum.
