Good to hold at least for mid term as I believe the dividend payout is still at least at 2 cents per share per quarter.Assume worse case no special dividend payout and cut off at RM1.60, after bonus is RM0.96 ( RM 1.60 x 3 / 5). So, the yield is 8.3%. if coming Q announces better dividend besides this bonus to award all the shareholders, then yield will be much higher..

1) ex date is 16/10 - If I have 1000 units now, can I sell my existing 1000 units and get the bonus share on the 16/10 ? ( Bonus issue of up to 967,591,160 new ordinary shares in Taliworks Corporation Berhad ("TCB Shares") ("Bonus Shares") on the basis of 2 Bonus Shares for every 3 existing TCB Shares held as at 5.00 p.m. on 18 October 2018 ("Entitlement Date")

2) "Remarks 1: "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 18 October 2018 with bonus issue of TALIWRK shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive TALIWRK bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his TALIWRK shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (16 October 2018).

: the 1) and 2) = 1 saying must held until 18th , 2) saying can sell on the 16th inclusive of all the existing and bonus issue . if sell all the existing and bonus issue, means the bonus issue also will be receive on the 16th and we can sell all of them ( existing and bonus )?

Which is which? can sell existing and bonus on the 16th OR need to wait until 18th ?
