Non penny stocks limit up is thirty percents from closing price
Ipo stocks limit up is very different

wiki,i not sure what time they want to announce, but salcon got 38% of project at Langat2 and it already sold out china land, later will give 3 ctn + 5 ctns to share holder..but last night US DJI drop 143 points, maybe effected to klse.
