多元化拓财源 实康拟进军新业务

（吉隆坡27日讯）实康（SALCON，8567，主板贸服股）准备进军新业务，持续扩大财源。
实康执行董事拿督梁国华表示，除了现有的三个核心业务，即水及污水工程、房产发展和近期新联营的光纤电缆业务，该公司已准备进军新业务。
“我们仍在寻觅其他商机，以寻找新营业额来源，辅助现有的情况。”
他昨天在实康的股东大会结束后，对记者发表谈话。
“我们也不想过于‘越界’。若能只专注于水及污水工程业务，是件好事。不过，领域其他业者也同样正进军新业务。”
入股光纤电缆
在把八个子公司脱售给北京水务集团后，该公司的净现金企于2亿3000万令吉。
梁国华称，入股光纤电缆公司Volksbahn科技是项好投资。
该公司是在5月7日，以2350万令吉购入Volksbahn科技50.001%股权。
“Volksbahn科技前景明朗，且有机会成为公司的新推动力。”
目前，水务业务仍是实康业绩的主要贡献，不过，他看好房产和光纤电缆业务将随后赶上，短中期内或与水务业务看齐。
梁国华表示，水务业务是周期性的，而后两者的商机则是不断扩大，令人感到雀跃。
该公司水务业务的订单约达9亿令吉，足以令公司忙碌未来3至4年；国内外的竞标书则是企于27亿令吉。
