at the moment the PE that it is trading (around 7) is fair... dont see major movement till next Q results. Our exposure not big in fact very small so nothing to fear. Just a courtesy post as we were invited...

FIHB's Q1 to Q3 FY19 earnings have been consistently good.
If given PE=8x to 10x, its fair value would be 58sen to 72.5sen per share. The upside is attractive.

Although FIHB's earnings have been consistently good in last 3 quarters, it is selling at merely ~6x PE multiple. Good thing will happen to low PE stock when time is due, just hold on and wait.

If u ask me, I would think Apr-Jun19 quarterly earning should be on par with preceding quarter, and that would be good enough. FIHB is selling at low PE and has also been giving out dividend. Just hold and wait for good things to happen on low PE multiple stock. Trade war has depressed its market valuation.

Another good quarterly result. It improves QoQ and YoY. FIHB has delivered 4 quarters of good result consistently, and it is selling at 5x PE multiple now.

When can market does justice to its stock price ?
Its earnings and stock price are so mismatched. Just hold, I believe market will realise how undervalued it is one day.

The construction division has unbilled sales of about RM100m brought forward and is confident of securing further related party contracts in the current year to ensure that it continue to make a significant contribution to the Group's result in FY2020. The prospect for the current year will hinge on the timely execution of the projects in hand and the projects that are expected to be awarded in the current year. These include the main building works for the 2 tower blocks of Verando project.

FIHB's construction segment has no problem to replenish its orderbook because FIHB has a property development sister company owned by the major shareholder. It will continue to be awarded with contracts.

Besides, USD has been strengthening and that will benefit its manufacturing segment which supplies furniture to Starbuck overseas.

In FY2019 (ends in Jun2019), FIHB's core PATAMI improved by >100% if compare to FY2018.
There is no significant one-off gain from FY19 improvement. In other words, the improvement is real.

Good results !
If I take the last 4 quarters to do valuation, FIHB is selling at merely 4x PE multiple and 0.28 P/BV.
How come market gives such low valuation to FIHB ?? I know it is not in popular industry, but its valuation is still too unreasonable.
