So long the fund like PNB, EPF, KWAP holding cost at SP setia are higher than open market price, these fund no need to dispose share even SP setia exclude from syariah compliance list and these fund are also given 6 month grace period dispose their stake if share price above their holding cost.

In addition, main reason SP setia exclude is due to some financial account ratio which limit their cash deposit to convention bank instead should deposit and loan exposure to more Islamic sukuk bond, which essential can be rectify within 6 month period in order to meet syariah compliance which is renewal every 6 month.

Now SP setia share price is bashed down comparable to Focal......but in turn of earning, SP setia reap 4-6sen every quarter 10x far more than 0.5-0.6en record in Focal....

it should tally with other property stock, you see other stock such as sunway, one year they earn how much? their nta is how much? But now price is how much? So there should be possible a room for it to drop. 3 points: down trend property sector, management change, non-syariah change. For me, i think below 2.5 -2.6, will consider safe entry. Now the market quite high, can't see the real value. sometimes no need so urge to buy in if a stock suddenly drop. because this is falling knife. let it stable a while first.
