Agree with CecilT. A good company will grow healthily with a business savvy chief who always has the wellbeing of the company n shareholders in mind instead of someone who is good in enriching ownself n cronies only.

Just ask ad..
After "X" date...
you will receive the form..either you get 7sen or take news shares RM2.59
which is RM700 /RM2.59 = New shares given...
If small lots then have to buy odd lots..

khlim, the price has been fixed at 2.59, both dividend and DRP entitlement date on 17/4.
momo, u don't hv to pay, if u hv submitted the DRP, unit of shares will be credited into yr a/c based on yr dividend entitlement.

i just thinking..PNB use RM 3.95 to buy Dato share...will it mean they will push up the price share back to RM 3.95 in future after Dato leave SPSetia...If I have big capital..I will do it.
