Yes. Low risk to buy at below 2.80, but upsize is huge. This is not small potato player like ksl. During challenging time, only the strongest one will survive, SPSETIA and Mahsing.

SP Setia Bhd head Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin will continue to spearhead the redevelopment of the £8bn Battersea Power Station in London despite his departure from the property group in April this year, said Sime Darby Bhd president and CEO Tan Sri Mohd Bakke Salleh. Liew is chairman of Battersea Power Station Development Co Ltd (BPSDCL), the development manager for the project. "Tan Sri Liew has announced that he will stay on [as chairman of BPSDCL] until September 2015... I am confident that he will continue to hold the post beyond that date," Mohd Bakke said.

tshwong, u r right that spsetia tender as tier 1 becoz of their capital. But if they fail to grab this, i believed they are not able to tender for any lower tier as gov wanna protect smaller player. I do hope spsetia will get it bcoz i bought alot too

Well, not only capital that matter. Past 3 years earning records, award-winning records, strong financial standing. I think Spsetia & Mahsing are on the top compared to its peers. Both counter are having bearing mode now. Is good time to cummulate them before they become more expensive.
