With Voon and Khor that have experience ever since this company started with Liew, Teow, and Lam, and they have been elected to be the successor of CEO and deputy CEO, it will be good to see what is the potential good-job will be recorded by them in this horse year. It will be challenging. Suggest to grab at lower support price around 2.8 - 2.9 and wait for the coming up divided. :-)

SP Setia achieved RM8.24 billion in sales in financial year 2013, almost double what it recorded in the previous financial year.
As at October 31, 2013, it had RM9.6 billion in unbilled sales to be realised over the next few years which stands it in good stead to achieve record profits in the years to come.
The Group also has 4,782 acres (1935 ha.) of undeveloped land bank worth RM102 billion in remaining Gross Development Value of which SP Setia’s effective stake is RM71 billion

of cos tie wf gov is big potential grow just tat i dont like the way 'They' take over Sp Setia which so many hard work make from liew n his team to form the Msia Biggest Property Developer with good quality etc..so i did prefer Eco Wrold which mostly likely Liew will bcom the director of the company..

i know those PNB Sime Darby etc is KING but King under Kangkung ctrl i dont think will go far which suppose to go very far long long time ago if under proper mgmt & clean mgmt..

agreed. a good company managed by kangkung also kangkung. I trust Voon, he is an engineer, technical background, may be he is better than liew, ex-banker, just low profile, time will tell.... :-)

I bought in 50k at 2.75 yesterday pending for 7 cents dividen next month. Will buy again with every 20 cents drop if there ever happen. This price was very safe for me. Buy and wait.

With the overwhelming sales of Battlesea, UK phase 1 and Ecocity, phase 1. Huge unbilled sales and profits are on the way to flow in. Not to forget the over 2k acres of Sg. Bulut land, the winners of the tender will announce soon. SPSETIA will be the sure winner in tier one category. That will spike up its price soon. I will wait to reap my delicious fruit as long as it takes. One will soon realize that today's price is indeed a steal. One who see value before others can bring home a fortune.

I believe Spsetia will do just fine after Tan Sri Liew leave. Current 4.36% yielding will serve me fine through this transition time. The price already factoring in this uncertainty of management issue. With limited downsize risk, reasonable yield, huge on going good projects, strong financial stand and good business prospect, I won't need a second though to buy in at below 2.8 level. Let the time tell us how this co. Will turn out. Happy investing.

Bought some spsetia. Agree with above comment especially they hv already hv on going and unbilled project. Also kwasa land project, spsetia will definitely benefit. Few yrs no problem. Long term not sure la.

I doubt spsetia will move up the ladder in the mean time as there are many competitors especially her former boss building up another company called eco...where the market has given star credits to all the projects undertaken.

insider news, SPSETIA Land next to ECO Hill Semenyih already go to ECOWORLD, 1000 acres plus, ECOWORLD will launch project soon. Guess more land bank will be going to ECOWORLD!!!

if SPSetia land can be easily move to ecoworld, then PNB is really been screwed big time. Personally to me Spsetia will have no problem for this 2 years as they already have project in pipeline. After that it is all depends on Gov but we all know that the KWASA land project will be huge and they are one of the beneficiry. If upon MD leaving and Spsetia cannot perform, I dunno where PHB need to put their face and same goes with the rest of GLC related to spsetia.
