Book NTA 2.96 per share. The revalued NTA is at least double that. A more savvy PNB would have team up with EPF to take it private but they are not.

Very much to do with the recent corporate exercise of shares redemption which may result in a lot of shares overhangs, thus expected diluted share price. Might be the actions of some disgruntled investors disposing shared to exit cashout or in protest. Those who kept or bought above 1.0 would see huge paperloss now. Entered around 0.80 or below obviously have advantage. Nothing is a guarantee especially in shares.

maybe because the cost of raw material went up, property sector remain sluggish, it will have to wait quite a long time before it go up again. although some say that property market still reasonable, but that's for certain individuals, not most of the people who is facing a hard time to own even a house. but i kind of like this. well, we see what's going on in stock market, like down kaw2, like this recent one cypark, i like to see those down cycle in property sector too. they have already been in the sky for a long time... although this price seems attractive, but given current situation, malaysia remain stagnant, while US market now having a bearish divergence, i think i better stay with cash, for any golden opportunities. I might be wrong, but i am firm with my observation now. might change it, who know, it's depend. as for this stock, like i said yesterday, it may want to test 0.70, quite possible.
