If you are major shareholders, you will be happy with this RI, you will get back your money from your B to buy C.....now I understand why major shareholders not support the share price....... I believe after all done, the price will recover if the profit started to flow in. They may collecting now. Regulation allows them 14 days to announce. Just my opinion.... Not professional advice.

Looking @ the shrholdings just b4 the Ukr war, 10 out of the top 11 shrholders comprising 76.14% of the total issued shrs are all local govt-linked & provident funds, with the exception of Public mutual @ #8(45.974mil or 1.13%). Interestingly, Norges Bk, nominees for the largest SWF in the world, holds abt 57 mil shrs & Quek LC's interests hold another 21.4mil. Maybe next annual rpt will see big changes in these holdings =)
