Their TP calculate base on current aluminium price. They definitely will AGAIN upgrade TP if aluminium price goes up. Aluminium price up 100 USD, share price will up 1.00.

Malaysia the largest supplier of bauxite to China now, banned mining of bauxite in Jan 2016. Announce yesterday extend the ban 3 more months.
Compare these 2 cases the aluminium prices and Pmetal share prices moving trend.

Fire incident already settle & claims received.
Commodity prices start to rebounce.
