The deciding factor is demand not raw material price. They can mark higher if there is demand for extrusion products. 2014 record earning n hike in share price. The avrg monthly lme price is 1693-2053. 2015 drop in demand n earning also share price but lme at lower of 1465-1820. This shows that the lme price is not deciding factor.

The scrap aluminum from Lb is reproduce back to aluminum billet by Arank, another Datuk Leow company. Synergy of Lb n Arank benefits Lb a lot. Now they are producing more than 3200 ton extrusion products per month. Highest record ever.
From the chart, I perdict Lb price will hv big hike next week.

Aluminium USD 2200 coming soon very fast . Positive outlook for aluminium producer like Press Metal in next few months . I raise my target price to Rm 4.50 ( personal TP ) . Picking the wrong stock like JCY International about 6 years ago , rugi sampai bapa pun tidak kena lor but luckily i sold its all in last year 2016 and switched it into Pmetal until now . My personal view only , i will never and never prey for high dividend stock . Example like JCY , every quarter can be said given out dividend to shareholders but how about the share price now? I prefer to low dividend stock so that company can use the money for development of new product lines and expansion in capacity like building up bigger factories and many more . Percayalah Pmetal because Pmetal always boleh dan tetap boleh .

Huehuehue.... playing stock is like playing kite. Sometime strong wind sometime no wind. Like oil counter this year and next year is top pick counter. Rubber counter all gonna drop. Steel and aluminium price high and demand. Myr stronger can play bank counter. It depend. Not say pmetal tetap bole. It bole now, future if no demand, business revenue will drop.
