if it didnt do fund raising, i see share price i enter.
after it announce fundraising, i did some quick see through company, few red flags.
1) high revenue but low profit margin, even with aluminium price spike
2) mostly family owned in shareholders, very risky if got family dispute
3) business at many different countries, easily inflate some account figures
this is just brief look through data on websites, not really in-dept research.
PP/fundraising very bad omen most of the time, goodluck trading

what i stated before just my view on not buying BUT
there are still some good factors though :
1) aluminum price is going up again

2) pmetal share price macam want to rebound
maybe profit margin is low for all metal industry, because of their high operation and production cost.
idk in a way my steel counters i enter still got stucked there lol

Aluminium Holdings Bhd has fixed the issue price for its 163.39 million placement shares at RM5.94 per share following the completion of bookbuilding exercise.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the aluminium company said the proposed placement was oversubscribed.

铝价走高的原因，包括再生能源和电动车趋势推高需求、中国部分供应商停工、俄乌战争阻断供应。

与此同时，原料氧化铝的价格也一度触及每吨500美元，随后已回落至432美元。据我们估算，氧化铝价格每上扬20美元，齐力（PMETAL，8869，主板工业股）盈利将会减少1亿3200万令吉。

另一边厢，齐力已将私下配售活动的每股配售价，定在5.94令吉，估计可集资9亿7060万令吉，用作资本开销、运营资金和偿还贷款。

尽管总股数已稀释约2%，但相关集资活动有助于拓展业务。

我们了解，其中1亿令吉的资本开销，会用来强化电动车铝电池壳挤压能力，这有助于提高赚幅。

我们相信，未来至少两年，铝供应依然会处于紧缺，因中国仍在限制产量，及干净能源趋势推高需求。

环境、社会与监管（ESG）方面，除了采用水力电源，齐力也承诺分别在2025和2030年，将温室气体排放量减少15%及30%。

维持“买入”评级，目标价也定在7.50令吉。

the problem with a bull run is when the price goes up, so does the production. all aluminum miner and producer will ramp up their production, granted that it is not like glove where it is much easier to ramp up production, it will probably take 1 or 2 years to see production increase, and we are about there already.

we live in a capitalist world, where demand and supply will eventually even out. producer will produce too much aluminum in the future, just like glove, it is inevitable.
