1) please refer back to previous announcement , 11 july 2012 , purchase on all the Property related to night club, snooker centre,,,, why kpscb bought all this proprties..... 2) suing Shanghai City " bintang palace " For spesific performance - announcement on 11/4/2014. WHY DEALING with all this type Of Company ,,,,Is it legal business,,, ????? Bintang palace us a very famous " night Club " located jln imbi....

2) then Mr Koh poh seng resigned as Managing Director and group chairman on 25/8/2014 with reason "HEALTH PROBLEM"
3) Then after he resigned , he still always buying kpscb shares to prove that he still support this company (May b)
4) After he resigned , no more than 2 month , kpscb registered office dispose with machineries at selling price RM22million.
5) then now suddenly come out with 2 suits (a) 5 company with one person named TEE YAM suing paragon paper mill, hai Ming paper mill , Ikranji industries , Kps plywood , hai Ming enterprise , Akateak Sdn Bhd, hai Ming trading co Sdn Bhd, kpscb n former MD KOH POH SENG with claims amount RM16,403,130.31 with 5 % interest.
6) former Branch manager MR Ng Yau Meng suing Koh poh seng and Kps plywood Sdn Bhd with amount RM22,030,791.3 with 5 % ,
BUT Both 5 and 6 above , NO DETAILS claim for what ???
It should disclose to public for the details ...

I think all the shareholder of KPSCB should call to the office to check on what happen to this company , otherwise all the fund invested become " nothing"
