1st time bought in SCIB as I think it is still can secure few projects after the Serbadk issue. This gave me more confident of its fundamental and value. With this price, the dividend also very attractive. Eventually the share price will return to reflect it's fundamental.

Now just need to wait for SD issue to blow over...SCIB will return to its glory days...SCIB has no accounting issues reported so share price only dragged down by SD issue temporarily.
