i just feel very exciting for the yesterday announcement.can u guys immagine that the land cost it was 30mil but the return is 240mil GP?it is 800% ROI!!
this is a mega projects and located at Sri Kandar, i still strongly believe that area will getting more hot and hot in the future!
Nowadays being a developer not so profitable and got a lot of work to be done.but as a landowner already achieve 800% ROI!!
Thanks y Tan Sri JV in this project.sitting there waiting for durian drop is not a bad choice also sometimes LOL

(240-30)/5 years is 42mil GP extra contribute to the company.but this is on papaer only.usually developer is very quickly to grab the money already from initial stage provide the area is strategic :P

Imagine this: I am a market maker: I buy many, many, many shares slowly. I then start selling the ones that I bought low for a profit at a high. I then buy back the shares still lower. Each sell I make I take a small profit. But when you analyze them all I have a major profit. This is the way of the market maker.
