if share price 3.00 x 258.6 m = 775 million market cap, still very low compare others construction company like mitra with around 100 million profit. hope market can re rate gadang pe around 9 -10 .

sifu Ricky Kiat, I think Capital 21 not contributing in a big way yet. Latest Q property PBT is RM18 mil only. Capital 21 is supposed to contribute total net profit of RM200 mil plus (or PBT of RM267 mil)

last year because less investment bank tracking gadang, mostly retail investor push up the price. Now many IB like RHB, TA,JF,kenanga are recommend to their customer. the story is change already.
