lol. some say sold 2 million, some say holding 5 million. pls check annual report before you say. How many investors have such a big amount in gadang? you can count with your fingers. don't just simply say. laugh die me.
Sell on strength. 50% of Gadang net profit comes from property developments sold during the hot years. Future property sales are unlikely to come online soon and margin is gonna be much lower. Gadang looks fully valued to me. In one or two years, its profit gonna crasg at least 25% with or without MRT 2 contracts.
Gadang is 50% property developer. Is Tambun, Huayang or Matrix PE high? When I analyze Gadang, I saw only a few known names. Now so many kacang puteh members also emerge. That can only mean one thing Gadang has become a retailer speculated/trend followigg stock. Correction is imminent from here.
Flintstones, the risk is always there. Even if coming quarter is flattish, bidding is on for mrt2 and lrt3, and gadang is shortlisted for mrt2..and not forgetting kwasa land. all these can justify share price increse imho. Very holdable.
Looks like some traders wanna hear the budget tomorrow first.. then may hop in again. We shall see. For now.. as long as it close green.. fine to me. Gudluck all ya..
