Buy Gadang for what? See my previous post. There is one more share that I am currently holding. Other than that I have Ambank and power root. Ambank brought during 1mdb news and power root due to its good dividend and good product targeting the majority. Brought that during recent purging.

Based on 4 x 6.46 cents = 25.84 cents EPS for 2017, PER is 12 based on today closing price of RM3.29. This is fair for a high growth diversified company. Besides the Kwasa Land project, Gadang needs to show it can get more construction jobs in the months ahead.

Assume 4 times trailing eps is the only available and convincing prediction
And it is good enough to minimize any possible risk
If I would to use growth rate at -20% I could get even lower TP

It will drop tmr, that's a given, but i don't think it will go below 3. It should recover within a week though.
