Culberlim, v205 contract was awarded to Trans Resource Corporation already. Gadang will not win anymore MRT2 contracts. Anyway the hospital project is enough to push Gadang to 1.80 level by end of April.

交易所资料显示，月初至今，马股每天平均有介于2000万至4000万令吉的股票被卖空，但只占日均交易值0.7%至1.3%之间，规模仍不算大。
截至上周四，过去10天卖空市场里较显眼的是IOI产业（IOIPG,5249,主板产业组）遭沽空1747万股，沙肯石油（SKPETRO,5218,主板贸服组）则被沽出778万股，有趣的是，一些甚受市场看好的中资本股，如德达飞讯集团（DSONIC,5216,主板贸服组）、嘉登控股（GADANG,9261,主板建筑组）及WCT控股（WCT,9679,主板建筑组）等，亦屡获沽盘缠上，显示一些机构在股价快涨时趁机沽空，博回调时获利。

Yes but they are shorting means they borrow the share to sell first... They need to buy back the share they borrowed to short.... The question now what is the ex date they need to buy back? T+?

Yes safewinnner, I'm referring to V205 package. Is there anymore mrt packages out there to be won? I don't think so, anyway it make perfect sense to only award one huge package to each contractor, they may not be able to handle it if they are given another huge package judging at their current and future jobs.

From what i read from online is actually depend on the borrowers to decide when they want the shorter to give back the share, so there is no timeframe n usually those that borrowed share is from broker firm so they did charge interest at that period so its actually is depend on the short seller when they want to buy back the share... one way to force them to buy back is to keep push the mother price go up xD

Short seller need to sell faster to prevent the price from going up, isn't it? If keep going up, they will incur huge losses.

Short seller can win the bet if bad news fall on gadang. Very "unfortunate" to the short seller as gadang got the MRT project. They have to do all they can to prevent price from going up. Going up can be infinity and the loss is unlimited to them.

Having said so, once their short contract completed, the price should start move up again.

Am i right? If so, i will buy some gadang

@Yistock u are right except one there is no timeframe when they must buy back the shares...is depends on them when they decide to closed up the short...so the best way to force them buy back is to push gadang up xD
