insider buy shares prior mrt package award. Ok fine they collect first and sell high once news release. But it did not happen, Gadang don't go high enough and the volume is thin. Mean what ? shark want to pressure the share 1st before riding high another peak ? or they miscalculate ? they expect market will react to it so shark can dump the share to them, but they miscalculate. market don't want to play this share...

anyone got shark friend and can give some analysis how they goreng share ?
