EPF and KWAP has been well known as the biggest punter in Bursa. They can really drive price up and down. Look out for all the recently beaten down stock like MBSB, Ambank, RHB , MRCB and many more ...
No reason for stock like Ambank and RHB to go down to 0.88 -0.86 P/B multiple even the merger fail.

Gadang holding book order of 2bil (add-in Hospital project), by estimate 20% profit & all project done in 3-4 years, then will 20cents of EPS annually. If getting LRT3, then will be bonus. Company now in net cash condition, so more capability to give higher dividend. If calculate by PE 8 then will be RM1.60 of target price.

Taking into account projects in hand today, I will not be surprised the average price EPS 20 sen +(average for next 3 years FYE18-20). Fair value should exceed RM1.60 per share.

Mmm...if memory serve me well....this trend occurred during the awarding of MRT. Price was suppressed during the weeks leading up to the award. Thereafter, after some parties have accumulated enough, then the price spike up / trend upwards until the end of the week. Then, the contract was awarded at the end of day. Now, it seems history is to repeat itself. Fingers crossed. Let us pray Gadang wins this LRT contract.
