On behalf of Gadang, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 28 May 2019 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the 66,172,000 Placement Shares at RM0.77 each (“Issue Price”).



The Issue Price of RM0.77 is at a discount of approximately RM0.0569 or 6.88% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Gadang Shares up to and including 27 May 2019, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date, of RM0.8269 per Gadang Share.



This announcement is dated 28 May 2019.

Gadang bought DWL shares with 90 sen/share earlier.
Now you have chance to buy DWL cheaper than Gadang.

Be careful to chase high.
Gadang bought DWL with 90 sen before and as at 31/5/19, DWL share price is worth 66.5 sen.
That's mean for last QR, Gadang has to recognise the impairment loss of investment amounted to 4.7mil [20mil shares x (66.5 sen - 90 sen)].
Plus other possible impairment losses raise by external auditors due to full year audit, it is not surprise if the bottom line dropped below 10mil.

Frankly speaking I also dun care about this kind of impairment. But this is what's our presentation & disclosure to do so.
My key point is to warn that not to chase high in terms of risk vs reward.

@Patrick13 agreed on not chasing high. Let the market take its natural course. We shall observe and take advantage of the situation that arises. There are always people that have no clue on dissecting the statements and those who do will see what's behind the veil.

Chyeoh do u even know what does it mean by gameover? Tell people gadang game over but said can buy back at 0.8? Lol

Anyway Gadang doing correction to gain momentum break trendline. Once breakout we'll see new gadang. As company issued pp @0.77 twice means possible for gadang to reverse this 3 years trend.

Once breakout gadang can be even better than econopile.

Chyeoh i remember u were the one who cut losses econbhd and lost 9k last month. The coming week after u cut loss, econbhd reversed its trend and uptrend until now .. pity u..

Too bad.. if u are that good in analysing stock u wont lost that much... So what are u doing here?

If u still got trapped (again) at high price in econbhd i advice u to chill and wait it go up again. Dont cut loss coz correction is normal. And dont come to other counter, ask people to sell and buy econbhd just because u got trapped and u want to sell your shares.. :D
