Finally, I remember what happen already... "Share premium", this account been cancelled from accounting standard....U will never see this account already...

But I through there must be bonus issue to use it up...after your query, I found that it can be transfer without issue any share...

So, nowadays, "share capital" this account campur everything... So thank you for your query...I found something new~haha

Previously is par value...

U know some company's share par value is not RM1 (Eg. 0080 STARITS, par value @ RM0.10), so even if you saw share capital RM100, it is not 100 share issue, it is 1000 share issue

Don't think Desmond is selling, his team should be collecting to average down. I use his team is because he can't act alone, it must be a group of people work together, he just a front person in the show. It could be their tactic to average down after controlling the company. Just my opinion.
