Son can't move up because it is a controlled price item. If you are experience enough, you know it. Big qty q to buy and even bigger qty q to sell. You want to trade, you trade within these price. If not you wait until the manipulator says OK to move up. Patient and holding power game. I will wait because the longer it is held down, the higher the explosion power, the higher it will go up... Just my guess. Buy at own risk. Ha hahaha....
