土地局是援引1960年土地收购法令发出奖励通知和报酬通知（H表格），准备以4255万8626令吉99仙价格作为遣散费和损失赔偿，收购该公司在雪兰莪巴生加埔一块约2万8903平方呎的永久产权土地。

上述代收购价码，是巴生土地局在2023年11月28举办的土地听证会上，根据Ferronet公司代表和相关方提出的实据作出的决定。

该公司将从中取得3611万7937令吉收益。

该公司表示，该地段的原始投资成本约644万1230令吉，目前是空置的工业用地。卖地所得款项将用来偿土地抵押贷款，余款将用作未来业务扩张、营运资金和偿还其他债务。

Revaluation of properties will good to share price or just good for NTAB only? It was increased 83 cents for NTAB, but share price not increase much....
