Widad集团（WIDAD，0162，创业板）的母股在经过约一年的跌势后，在2月22日创下了新低30仙。该股之后在宣布亮丽的业绩和大型项目后，开始回稳而吸引到不少投资者注意。

Widad集团大股东丹斯里穆哈默在近期也进行股票交易，不过其持股量没什么太大的变动。

该公司的母股和凭单--Widad集团WA在上周走势强劲，并分别以36仙和8仙结束交易。

Widad集团的主要业务是建筑业、综合设施管理（IFM）和特许经营权。

Widad集团在截至2021年12月底的财政年取得了8774万令吉的营业额，按年略增2%，不过净利却取得7079万令吉，按年增加十多倍。

盈利大增

该公司在业绩报告表示其盈利大增的原因，是之前收购持有玛拉工艺大学马六甲分校的维护管理经营权公司Serendah Heights带来了1亿1500万令吉折价收购盈利。

另一方面，Widad集团在前周宣布，与总部位于迪拜的Bin Zayed成立联营公司，开发位于浮罗交怡高达400亿令吉的综合发展计划。

还有1年多到期的Widad集团WA目前的溢价达到相对来说并不低的19.4%。

Widad集团WA的引伸波幅和母股的历史波幅差不多一样，显示该凭单估价合理。

如果投资者对Widad集团的反弹有信心，他们可以考虑有效杠杆达到2.95倍的凭单。

Widad集团WA理论上在母股上涨的时候，可以带来比母股高195%的回报率。
