sorry nelson, I'm just joking.. I can't abandon ship because I don't have any lot UoaDev. Hope for the best for u bro. At what price u hold this counter?
haha why so fast give up brother, i trust all share have its time on and off. Just wait and i have been waiting around 6 months. I havent give up on it, i trust it will have a real fly one day...
And when EPF buy, you also buy lah & you can't go wrong & after all the coming dividend of 10 cents in relation to it's price is still very much higher than your bank FD interest.
hey there brother chong & theews82, on theews82 replying to bryan_su statements; in my opinion i may say that is the the different between traders investors. investors do not grumble when their companies performance is Up or Down; they set strategy. but Traders did. graph & chart is very much important to show 'where you are' and 'companies position'.
Today seems DJ had move up after 5 or 6 days down...let's wait and see the full details around 5am. Hopefully our market will move further up & today I presume more upwards movement of UOADev is imminent....so hang on my friends.....cheers & good luck too.
guys why uoa got so many uoadev-cb uoadev-ca.. what are those? i noe those are call warrants but why got so many uoa-ca uoa-cb etc? how do i know which call warrant are from which company?
Brother Newb, click on the link below & learn more please but frankly speaking, as a friendly advice, if you are not familiar with warrants it's better for you NOT TO TOUCH IT AS WARRANTS ARE LIKE LIVE COFFINS. You can make good money if you are smart enough or very familiar with warrants but at times you too can lose a big bundle too. So, it's definitely better for you brother Newb to invest in some stocks other than warrants....thank you.
plus i know what are warrants.. what im unsure is why the listings got so many like uoadev-cb uoadev-cd.. what does cd represents? how do i differentiate it whether is call or put warrants and who issued them?
just received a letter from UOADEV for their AGM meeting..may I know any criteria such as minimum how many lots of share on hand only can attend the meeting? I am totally a newbie here who curious and keen to attend such meeting.. :)
Hope too that brother Eagle95 & others who invest in the counter will get their dividend soon & with the quarter report coming out on Monday, we will see more price increase....stay on my friends.
chong, hope can shoot up 10% and more...can i know how come good profit earning announcement company like CIMB not up much yesterday, will UOADAV same as CIMB? Please comment
To add a few sen , possible, to fly it's hard unless the DRS is over, remember the price for the DRS has not been fixed and UOAD needs to conserve it's cash therefore the exchange price cannot be too high so as to tempt more share holders to participate , this translate into the management won't allow the share to go too far. Anyway hope it's far enough to keep us happy
I guess Rm1.6x will not be a problem. Obviously the management encourage us to choose DRS, so i guess they will offer maximum 10%, so lets say if the price is Rm1.70. 10%= 17 cents, but dividend is only 10cents. And when the share price is high the shareholder will feel worth to choose DRS than Dividend isnt it? Simple, DRS will probably increase the supply of shares so once its paid, the share price will have a certain effect. If the share price doesnt go to certain high, i dont think much of us will choose DRS...
