This SIS is issued to xox's employee and directors, if they exercise now and sell in the market, profit only 3-5cents. Not a lot. But I am not sure why they keep exercise now? Paying less tax? Any sifu familiar with SIS can advise?

Newbrawler, let say if you are one of the director in xox, you know that your company share price will reach 40 or 50 or 60 sens, will you exercise your SIS now at 20sen?

Or you will exercise your SIS to sell at 23sen today? Just think logically, even you want to sell all your SIS at 23 or maybe 25sen, do you think with this kind of volume like today or yesterday, you are able to sell 75mil or 150mil units of shares at 23sen?? If the directors sell all their SIS, the share price should go below 20sen or maybe hit 15sen already with that kind of volume, so you are actually losing money to sell your SIS at this price with that kind of volume.

So who is selling? and who is actually buying ? You think those retails in i3 can buy those 20mil units of shares per day? Maybe everyone who commented in i3 add up together also not even 10mil of shares.

Just buy and keep and ignore whatever noise here.
