I am pretty sure the SIS is not exercised by the employees.. employees where got so much money.
And the person behind this requires a whole lot amount of shares about 20% of total equity. They cant buy in the open market because this will bring up the price and they are buying expensive.

Must be someone hated his own money so bad , that he bought SIS RM0.20 and sold it at RM0.12. Will this explain ? Or should it be goreng kaki retailers indecisive action, sell low to buy back lower and continue to sell back lower and it continues.
