History progress background.
Eversendai Corporation Bhd ('Sendai') is a newly-listed construction company that specialized in structural steel, engineering and power plant construction. Amongst its many completed projects were Tower 2 of the Petronas Twin Towers in KLCC and the Burj Dubai. Yesterday, Prince Alwaleed's Kingdom Holdings awarded a contract of USD1.23 billion to the Bin Laden Corp for the construction of the tallest tower, the Kingdom Tower. This mixed-use structure will measure 2/3 of a mile high and will be located in Jeddah. Would Sendai get a piece of the action? Only time will tell. Tempted to scoop it in more to dilute the counter, any feedback? Its source of revenue from oversea,20% acquisition of Technics,possibly couple more awards of contracts from middle east. It's already undervalued btw. Anybody buying?

EPF sold it so that small players follow the trend and sell it, then when the price is cheap, he will then come in again and start earning money.. Sometime it's good too that EPF sells the shares, it can increase the liquidity of the stock and hence increase the volume soon..

Jason, take it easy, there is no offense to what you commented, just that both of us have different views, and I didn't encourage people to buy as well. Here is the place to share our thoughts and thus you can correct me as well if what I said is wrong. Then I may improve some investment skills though. :)

I think everyone that reads the forum here know how to think as well. They always have the choice. If they don't want to buy it, nobody can force them to do so. Maybe you don't like what I commented, so you may just leave it or don't read it. If you read it and really understand what I said, you should know that I was not asking people to buy it. I was just wondering that why EPF sold it. Be more matured and gentleman, don't always think negatively and think that people are offending you when others have different views and thought.

haha, you are wrong, I like your comments. I have read a lot of your comments in other blogs and you did give useful advice, especially when you analyse 'downtrend' or 'uptrend' through chart and experiences rather than rumors. But just that sometime I think you should let others to express their thoughts as well, don't be so aggressive in forum, its a "sharing" place instead of a state of war, haha..

haha ... its okay but if u understand most people thought downtrend stock cheap n bottom ... when they buy the stock suddenly it keep lower . the probability of declining in down trend stock is high . same like people like to buying by averaging , how much ur bullet to average . and how long u able to hold . if u hold n ur bullet all in that stock , u losing other uptrend stock movement . unit trust n share different . so stop looking at downtrend or else u will stuck in there too . jz now a person keep cursing mr lim from genting cause genting share downtrend . so i ask him why u curse mr lim genting boss ? u know is downtrend n u decide to buy .. so blame urself

ya, it is a truth that EPF sold it for a year... but it happens to other counter too in the past, example UOADEV.. it has a time, EPF cease to be susb shareholder of UOADEV... anyway, if the company can perform, and in worth value.. EPF sure will buy back at the end, since if it drop to zero... EPF lose quite a lot..

have to be more patient with this share. If they are willing to give higher dividend this year, investors will be attracted to this share... it's a good time now to accumulate and dilute the counter if you entered at higher price... Azerbaijan's (although has not been confirmed yet) and technics acquisition shine our "gloomy" days.. Cheers!
