Had our regulators done their respectively roles and functions effectively? What actions had they taken so far? Anyone of the company directors and management being found guilty and what are the fine, if any. Good management case study to understand the failure of market and authorities, if any.

If the same crook BOD, it is impossible to be back RM1.60 or above. Need to be restructered, need all new faces with new company direction and those crooks must be prosecuted. Do not put and buy any hope. Hope there are reverse take over or new business injection else, the company will naturally delisted and die.

If in China, most probably some already arrested. Their laws are quite stringent, not just on the company and management, but also on intermediaries such as auditors. Overe here, inaction is the action, most probably.
