Back Sapura Energy about a million shares is on Buying Queue. To bailout Sapura Energy, former PM Najib has been a very strong proponent of Petronas taking Sapura Energy private. With a big BN win, this privatisation is very likely to materialise. Can Petronas afford to do it? For sure they can as Petronas is on track to make a profit of RM100 billion this year while Sapura Energy's debts are only around RM10 billion. Besides, Sapura Energy is actually the largest oil rig owner in the world and daily rental rates of oil rigs have more than doubled over the last 2 years, making it very lucrative for Petronas to secure these rigs...

Profit after tax at 707 million on the back of 1.44 billion revenue.

Figures extracted from Dnex financial submitted to Bursa. Great turnaround from its early days after acquiring Silterra and Ping Petroleum..

Next Wang will be Sapnrg. Lots of action has been taken by the CEO. Furthermore with Big, Strong and Friendly Big Brothers PNB in the background, all Mabel can say Sapnrg investment pretty safe...

Scenario 1: UMNO-led BN wins the most number of the 222 Parliament seats but well short of a simple majority of 112, necessitating it to team up with Sarawak’s GPS and PAS - and possibly BERSATU-led PN - to form a simple majority government.

Scenario 2: UMNO-led BN plus Sarawak GPS secure better than simple majority, though could still be short of two thirds majority win of 148 parliamentary seats.

Scenario 3: Anwar-led PH on its own - or in some form of a bigger Opposition alliance - wins a simple or potentially “strong, formidable, convincing” majority.

Scenario 4: “Uncharted waters” with a totally new coalition Government...
